This is a 58 percent decrease over last month in the total number of land and property in Minnesota for sale. Of the 87 counties in the state, Saint Louis County had the most land for sale. There were 1,151 acres of sold land in Minnesota recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects an increase in sales activity over data from the month before. The most land sales in the state last month were located in Mille Lacs County. In terms of size, Minnesota is the country's 12th-largest state, covering an area of 86,943 square miles (56 million acres). As one the country's top ag-producing states, current applications of land for sale in Minnesota include for agriculture and equine use.
