Of the 87 counties in Minnesota, Saint Louis County had the most land for sale. There were 2,455 acres of sold land in Minnesota recorded in November 2018 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a change in sales activity over data from the previous month. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $6 million. The most land sales in the state last month were located in Freeborn County.
