This parcel provides excellent options to the buyer for enjoyment of hunting and the possibility of converting into tillable land in 2013. The excellent hunting on this parcel is aided by both public and private hunting land lying east and west of the subject property.
The drainage ditch running through the property was cleaned approximately 3 years ago and that assessment has been paid in full by the current owner.
